1. Program
The IndirectTek Operational SMS Alerts program ("the Program") delivers operational notifications to authorized IndirectTek LLC personnel via SMS. By consenting to receive messages, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Program is available only to IndirectTek LLC employees and contractors who have signed the operational SMS acknowledgment during onboarding. The Program is not available to the public.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. On most days you will receive zero messages. During active incidents you may receive up to approximately 100 messages per day.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS charges from your mobile carrier apply to all messages received under this Program.
5. Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT) to any message. Opt-out is processed immediately and you will receive one final confirmation message.
6. Help
Reply HELP or INFO to any message for assistance, or email support@indirecttek.com.
7. Privacy
Your mobile information is used solely to deliver Program messages and is never sold, shared, leased, or transferred to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Changes
IndirectTek may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled recipients before they take effect. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
