What Counts as a "Request"?
We keep it simple. A request is typically something that takes less than an hour to complete. Examples include:
- Adding a new blog post from a Word doc.
- Updating a team member's bio or photo.
- Adding a new testimonial or portfolio item.
- Creating a temporary banner for a promotion.
For larger features (like adding a new e-commerce section), we'll provide a separate project quote, often with a discount for active maintenance clients.
